Nanan Anupa

Anupa Nanan

My name is Anupa Nanan. I hail from the Caribbean twin-island paradise of Trinidad and Tobago.
I attended the St Andrew's Theological College from 2004-2008 before undertaking a two-year internship, operating at various pastoral regions and engaging in social work at hospitals and courts of law.

I became a commissioned deaconess of the Presbyterian Church of Trinidad and Tobago in 2010. I play a vital role in the nurturing and spiritual growth of my Sunday School children. I also work closely with women and youth groups, offering guidance, encouragement and mentorship that empowers individuals to grow personally and spiritually.

Listening to people is one of the greatest acts of Christ-like love. My goal is to ensure that every person I meet feels seen, heard, and encouraged.

I also enjoy cooking in my free time and I love hikes. I can often be found trapsing cheerfully through the outdoors.
